WTOC-TV Marsh Protection
Our marshes are important because of the people, seafood, native plants, and wildlife that depend on them for food, safety, protection, and recreation. Without salt marshes our health, economy, water quality, and land use would be harmed.
Sparrow Communications is working with the Georgia Conservancy to host a workshop series in coastal Georgia on the long-term resiliency and protection of our coastal salt marshes.
