Hineshouse Properties is a division of the Hinesville Housing Authority. The entity was created to provide quality, affordable homes for individuals who do not qualify for a housing subsidy. To promote Hineshouse Properties, Sparrow Communications was contracted to create messaging and manage the logo and website development.
